 On occasion, the review request may fail to send because the email is either incorrect or was blocked by your client’s email provider. To resolve this, go to your 'Reviews' section, select 'Action Required', click the 'Action' button, then select 'Resolve'. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to make changes to your survey invitation. Once you're done, click ‘Request Review’ Need more help?
