To monitor this, sign into your dashboard, go to the Reviews section, then click Action Required. Find the transaction, click the action button and select Resolve. Bounced/Undeliverable: The request could not be delivered to the email address for your client. The email is either incorrect or was blocked by your client’s email provider. Please resend the request with the correct email address. Missing Customer Details: Your review request is missing required information, such as your client's email address. Quarantined: Your completed review failed our audit and validation checks to verify the authenticity of the response. You can choose to request a review or delete the response from your dashboard. Under Review: Your completed review was quarantined and submitted to our team for further review. Once released from quarantine, this wll move to the “Completed” section. Generating: Your review request is in the process of being sent. Once it is sent, that status will update to "Awaiting Response" in the "Pending" section.
