4.5. Reminders

RealSatisfied automatically sends reminders for review requests if the review request has not been completed. The reminder is sent on the 7th day from the date when the review request was first sent.

To monitor this, go to the Reviews section of your dashboard. Search for the review request by using the filter or search options. 

Next, click the review and wait for the pop-up to load on the right side of your screen. Scroll down, and you will find the date displayed next to Reminder.
