Here you can find insights on review and rating trends.

Testimonial Cloud

This shows the popular keywords your clients used in their testimonials.

Click the Customize button to change the color and apply filters.

Click the Download button to save a copy and choose from PDF, Image, or a CSV file.

Ratings Trend

You can see how the rating has changed over the selected time period. This helps you see which of your agents are improving. You can change the date range by clicking on the button.
