5.1. How to Find Testimonials

From your admin dashboard, click Reviews, then select Testimonials.

You can use the Filter option to narrow down the available testimonials. You can also use the dropdown menu and choose a different category for your search.

Once you find the testimonial, you can easily identify whether the testimonial has been shared to the agent's social media pages if the social media icon is highlighted. You can also download a PDF or visual copy. The "heart" icon allows you to mark the testimonial as favorite.

The Publish button allows you to share the testimonial on your office social media pages. Customize the message of your post then select your preferred page and click the Publish button.

If a testimonial is Not Approved, you will see the button to Remind Agent.

Click Send Reminder to send an email to the agent and prompt them to approve the testimonial.
