4.2. How to Import Reviews

Select Reviews from the left-hand side of your screen. Click the Import button from the upper right corner.

You can manually upload a review one at a time by filling in all the required fields. Click Add New Review to add more reviews and repeat the steps. Finally, click the Import button on the lower right of your screen to finish the steps.

You can also import reviews in bulk by using our template. Click Download Template and access the file. From that file, add all the reviews you have from other services and ensure that you added the correct information. Save the file and go back to your admin dashboard.

This time, click Select File and choose the file you recently saved. Wait for the system to process the upload then click Next.

Check for Invalid Rows and apply the necessary changes to each reviews. Once done, click the Import button to finish the steps.
