4.5. How to Resolve Reviews Requiring Action

From your homepage, click the review that needs action.

You will be redirected to the Reviews section, and any review connected to the agent that needs action will be displayed here. You can hover over the information icon to see the status. Next, select the review that you want to resolve.

For reviews with Missing Details, provide the contact details and click Resend Reviews

For Undeliverable reviews, just add the correct client email address, then click Resend Review.

For Quarantined reviews, click the Dispute Quarantine button.

For reviews Refused by Agent, you can Resend to Agent or provide the missing details and click Resend Review.
