3.1. How to Use The Review Button (Agent Pro Only)

To enable this feature, sign in to your agent dashboard and go to 'Settings'. Next, scroll to the ‘Display Write Review’’ section and turn on the toggle. You also need to enable at least one of the following:

• Display My Ratings
• Display My Testimonials

When the toggle is on, the Review Button will appear on your public profile page,  and when the toggle is off, it will be hidden.

When a visitor clicks the button, a review pop-up will open. Here, your clients will be asked to rate you in three categories and give you a testimonial. Once completed, you will need to approve the review before it gets published on your profile page and feeds.
