3.5. How to Send Review Only

Note: If your account is part of an office/broker account, this feature will require you to have 'Create Invitations' access. If you do not see the 'Request Review ' button anywhere on your dashboard, then this means that you do not have access. Contact your admin and request to update your access.

If you only want to capture a testimonial and rating for marketing purposes, then this is the best format you can choose when sending a review request. It’s also the quickest to complete. In this format, we only ask your clients to rate your Performance, Satisfaction, and Recommendation on a scale from 1 to 10 and then ask them to provide a testimonial.

From your dashboard, click the Request Review button and wait for the pop-up to appear. Select the appropriate category, then choose format- Review Only.

Optional Settings

Choose the Language and select which platforms you want to include in the Encourage Reviews. You can visit this support page to learn more about this section.

You can also include a custom message, which will be added in the second paragraph of the email. The "Preview" button allows you to view how the invitation will appear when your client receives it, and it will also let you confirm if all the information is correct. If everything looks good, you can proceed to ‘Send’.  If you see any information that needs to be changed, click ‘Back’ to update the details, then send.
