Note: If your account is part of an office/broker account, this feature requires you to have 'Create Invitations' access. If you do not see the 'Request Reviews' button anywhere on your dashboard, then this means that you do not have access. Contact your admin and request to update your access. You have the ability to request reviews for any transaction, even past transactions. From your dashboard, click the "Request Reviews" button and wait for the pop-up to appear. Select the appropriate category, format, and enter your client's information and property address. Optional Settings Choose the Language and select which platforms you want to include in the Encourage Reviews. You can visit this support page to learn more about this section. You can also include a custom message, which will be added in the second paragraph of the email. The "Preview" button allows you to view how the invitation will appear when your client receives it, and it will also let you confirm if all the information is correct. If everything looks good, you can proceed to ‘Send’. If you see any information that needs to be changed, click ‘Back’ to update the details, then send.
