4.8. Resending to a Different Email Address

 

Go to the Reviews section of your dashboard. By default, all review requests of your agents that you manage will appear here. 

Use the search or filter feature to easily find the review request that you need to update, then select the transaction from the list.

A pop-up will appear on the right-hand side of your screen. Click the client's email address and enter the changes necessary.

Double-check other information, then click the Resend button.
