3.6. How to Resend Review Requests

On occasion, you may need to resend an invitation to a customer. You can do this for invitations with the status Awaiting Response in the Pending section. Next, click the ‘Action’ button and select ‘Resend’. A pop-up window will appear showing details of the invitation, allowing you to make additional changes if needed. Click ‘Resend Request’.

Note: If you are part of a Brokerage account, and do not have the "Create Invitations" access, you will also not have access to update the client’s name and email address. You can only resend the invitation to the same email address. If you want to make changes to the invitation, please contact your broker or admin.
