Invitations Requiring Additional Customer Details - Agent Dashboard
When there are invitations that are 'Awaiting Details' to be delivered, these are also highlighted in the Team Members profile dashboard as displayed above.
By clicking the 'clock' shown (1) above or selecting 'Missing Customer Details' from the filter (2), the invitation list is filtered to only show those invitations.
(3) Simply click on the row to add the details.
Having clicked on the row, the screen above is displayed. Add the required details and press 'Send Invitation'.
NOTE: If you get a message that the email is not valid, make sure there are no blank spaces before or after the email.
