Displaying Your Ratings
In your profile settings, you may choose to display your ratings in several different formats, or you can choose to not display them at all. If you choose to display your ratings, you my choose to display "Your Aggregate Ratings Only" or you may choose to display "Detailed Ratings For Each Survey." If you choose to display "Your Aggregate Ratings Only," the ratings will appear in the left side bar of your profile, showing aggregate Satisfaction, Recommendation and Performance as % scores, or as stars. The choice is entirely yours. If you choose to display "Detailed Ratings For Each Survey," the aggregate ratings will show in the left side bard, but ratings for every survey response will show in addition to testimonials. No comments from surveys are ever shown on RealSatisfied profiles, or provided in feeds.
Displaying Your Testimonials
You may choose to display your testimonials or not display your testimonials. Regardless of your settings, when a testimonial is received as part of a survey response, you must review it. During the review process you have the choice to make each testimonial Public or Private. Note: You must check this box for the testimonials to be added to your Profile Page and the RSS feed.
The choices that you make are also reflected in your RSS feed and may also be used by other services.
